Rabbinic Search Committee

Take the Survey Here

We want to hear from YOU!

We still have the data from the Visioning process five years ago, but we want to see how our congregants’ needs have changed over time. Your input will allow the Rabbinic Search Committee to better understand what the congregation is seeking in its next rabbi, right now in 2021.

Please complete the survey online by September 23.

If you need a paper copy, please contact the synagogue office at (205) 933-2740.

This survey should be completed once by each adult member of your household.

Sign Up for Focus Group Here

.

You are also invited to provide additional input via a FOCUS GROUP. This is an opportunity for you to share additional details and context about what is important to you in our next rabbi. Most groups will meet on Zoom – including a Havdallah session with Rabbi Norry this Saturday evening 9/18- but we have added an outdoors in-person focus group this Sunday morning 9/19, during the Family sukkot event at TBE.

We look forward to hearing from you, and thank you for your time. We wish you all a happy, sweet and healthy 5782.
