We look forward to having you join us for this year's High Holiday services!
Whether you are not a member of Temple Beth-El (and did not receive tickets) or you are a member of Temple Beth-El (and did receive tickets) this form will allow you to complete any items for High Holidays 5784.
Please use this form to:
- Request tickets (non-members)
- Indicate which events you are attending, to help us plan for parking and security
- Register for childcare
- Order your Lulav and Etrog (due Aug. 28)

If you are a dues paying member we have mailed you a ticket that will admit your whole party. Please indicate the number of people in your party (including your family and other guests). If you are a non-member and are not coming with a member, please register on this form and we will mail you a ticket (if further than a week in advance) or you can collect tickets at the front office (if less than a week in advance).

Rosh Hashanah Day 1 (8:00 a.m - 1:30 p.m)
Erev Yom Kippur / Kol Nidre (5:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m)
Yom Kippur Morning (8:00 a.m - 2:30 p.m)
Childcare in the nursery is available for children 5 years of age and under for Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Erev Yom Kippur / Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur morning services. Our KidZone is open to children and families of all ages during services (livestream available). Family Services will take place 10 a.m - 11 a.m.
